A new 75-minute general level class held at the North London Buddhist Centre, 72 Holloway Road N7 8JG.

All levels welcome!

Students are advised to bring their own mat and belt, due to the lingerer that is Covid 19. There is equipment provided at the centre, however.

The class costs £12 and booking can be made here, via the Buddhist Centre’s website.

Numbers are restricted to 10 for social distancing reasons so advance booking is recommended. Card payments are also taken on the door.
