Iyengar Yoga Retreats in France: Summer ‘26
This summer I will be teaching two retreats at Canel in the Lot-et-Garonne region of South West France. It’s such a magical place and I can’t wait to go back!

5-night Iyengar Yoga Retreat 27.07-01.08 2026
Join me for a wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating few days in this beautiful oasis of calm.
What to expect:
2.5 hours of yoga per day (a 1.5-hour morning asana session before brunch and a 1-hour restorative class before dinner).
Plenty of time between brunch and the afternoon session to relax, read, swim in the pool or explore the local area.
Three excursions: a guided walk to one of France’s most beautiful villages, Tournon d’Agenais, a visit to the medieval Château de Bonaguil and an evening food market in Tournon.
Prices from €860 per person, to include:
5 nights at Canel, 7 yoga classes, around 1.5 hours each, 4 vegetarian evening meals with wine, 4 vegetarian brunches and breakfast on the last day, entrance fee to the château and a drink in the town square at Tournon, tea, coffee and fruit available at Canel throughout the day.
Travel to and from Canel is not included and the evening meal at the food market in Tournon will cost around €20.
Bergerac is the closest airport and there is also the option to fly to Toulouse and take a train.
4-night Iyengar Yoga Retreat 03.08-07.08 2026
A slightly more intensive mid-week retreat with the same amount of yoga in a shorter period of time.
Practice for 3.5 hours per day over three days, but still have plenty of time to relax, enjoy the weather, lie in a hammock and read, or swim in the pool. No planned excursions this time, but the freedom to visit the local area, go for walks or just spend the afternoons in the peaceful surroundings of Canel.
Prices from €765, to include:
4 nights at Canel
6 yoga classes of around 2 hours each
4 vegetarian evening meals – wine included
3 vegetarian brunches and 1 breakfast on the last day
Fully equipped yoga hall and coffee/tea/fruit available throughout the day.
Travel to and from Canel is not included.
